Our Vision
The Creative OT offers independent Occupational therapy services direct to your home, school or community setting, making it even more convenient and timely to access the specialist therapy support for client's across the life span.
Assessments & diagnostic support - The Creative OT can complete various standardised and informal assessments catered to the clients' needs. We can also support with diagnostic pathways for conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Disorders, developmental coordination disorders, Sensory processing disorders.
Workshops - With the constraints of daily life pressures, we understand that convenience is of the upmost importance. The Creative OT is always looking for innovative ways to meet clients needs whilst delivering quality services. Workshops are a great, time efficient and cost effective way of delivering therapeutic strategies for both our clients' and their families & caregivers.
School support - The Creative OT can work with your child in their school setting and provide them with an intervention plan as well as giving teaching staff strategies to help support their individual needs.
Mental health and well-being programmes - The Creative OT has in depth experience of working across the life span in mental health services. Anxiety management programmes can be created, as well as low intensity CBT techniques for anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties. Specialist work in trauma can be conducted using a variety of techniques and frames of reference, including a sensory integrative approach for attachment theories.
